Purchases and power-ups
Purchases are handled by Apple App Store billing. For payment issues, refunds, or receipt problems, you may also use Apple’s purchase history and support flows.
Game Center and leaderboards (iOS)
Leaderboards require an Apple ID signed into Game Center. If scores do not appear, verify Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings and that you are on a supported build (not all preview builds include Game Center).
Lost progress
Gameplay data is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing data may erase progress and inventory. We cannot restore purely local data without a cloud account feature.
