Privacy Policy — FrogClimb

Effective date: 11 April 2026
Last updated: 11 April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Ori Kalmanovich (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the mobile application FrogClimb (the “App”), including builds distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Postal / registered address (if required in your jurisdiction): Israel (for a full postal address, contact us at the email above).

1. Summary

FrogClimb is primarily an offline game. We do not operate our own game servers and do not maintain user accounts inside the App for login purposes. Most gameplay data (such as scores, preferences, and in-game inventory) is stored locally on your device using the device’s storage (for example via React Native Async Storage).

Certain optional features rely on Apple or Google platform services (for example in-app purchases and, on supported iOS builds, Apple Game Center). Those companies process information under their own policies.

2. Information the App processes on your device (local storage)

The App may store the following on your device to provide functionality:

This locally stored information is not automatically transmitted to us by the App as currently designed. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information may be deleted depending on your operating system.

3. Device sensors (tilt controls)

If you enable tilt controls, the App reads device motion / accelerometer data on the device to move the character. This motion data is used only for gameplay input in real time and is not used for advertising and is not sent to our servers (we do not operate an analytics backend for this App as currently released).

4. Audio

The App may play sound effects and music through standard device audio APIs. The App does not record your microphone.

5. In-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play)

Purchases are processed by Apple and/or Google through their store billing systems. We do not receive your full payment card number.

We may receive limited purchase-related information through the store platform necessary to deliver consumable items (for example product identifiers and transaction status on the device). For details on how Apple or Google handles payment and purchase information, see:

6. Apple Game Center (iOS, optional)

On supported iOS installations, you may choose to use Apple Game Center features (for example signing in and submitting scores to leaderboards). If you do, Apple processes information in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy. We do not control Apple’s systems.

7. Rewarded ads and “watch ad” features

As of the policy effective date above, certain user interface elements may reference watching an advertisement to earn rewards (for example a daily reward or revive flow). In the current product configuration, reward delivery may be simulated for development/testing or may be implemented without a third-party advertising SDK.

If we integrate third-party advertising or mediation SDKs in a future update, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy details to describe the ad partner, categories of data involved, and your choices (where applicable).

8. Analytics, crash reporting, and marketing

As of the policy effective date above, the App does not integrate third-party analytics, crash reporting, or marketing attribution SDKs in the open-source configuration reviewed for this policy.

If we add such tools, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notices and controls.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is a casual game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information directly (for example by email), contact us at orikal3107@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If you list the App in the “Kids” category or direct it primarily to children, additional obligations may apply (including under COPPA and platform rules). This template does not replace legal advice for Kids-category distribution.

10. Legal bases (EEA / UK, if applicable)

If data protection laws such as the GDPR / UK GDPR apply, we rely on:

11. International transfers

Because we do not operate our own data warehouse for routine gameplay as described above, international transfers primarily arise if you use Apple or Google services, which may process data globally under their policies.

12. Retention

13. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise rights against Apple or Google, use their privacy tools. To contact us, email orikal3107@gmail.com.

If you are in the European Economic Area and believe we unlawfully process personal data, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

14. California / US state privacy notices

If applicable state laws (including the CPRA) grant you rights regarding personal information, you may contact orikal3107@gmail.com. Because the App does not sell personal information for money as a core business practice, we do not maintain a “sale” opt-out flow for in-app telemetry in the configuration described above; if that changes, this policy will be updated.

15. Security

We rely on industry-standard platform security (device encryption, sandboxing, and store payment protections). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

16. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the same location linked from the store listing and update the “Last updated” date.

17. Apple-required acknowledgment (third-party terms)

Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the App, except as required by applicable law. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to the App (including product liability claims). In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of that claim, except as required by Apple’s licensed application terms.
